Spencer Gilbert
Before real estate, he started his career in London as a junior commodity broker and later worked in recruitment with top tech companies on innovative projects. Driven by a desire for financial freedom, he joined haart estate agents, where he fell in love with the emotional journey of buyers and sellers.
Starting in a low-performing branch in Rayleigh, he became number one in the country within four years. Real estate became his passion, and he knew it was the industry he’d retire in. It was time to fix the issues he saw and build something bigger.
Perry Rose
Perry, a true ambassador of networking, is a local celebrity known for his community ties and love for football. Always competitive, he’s also the life of the party, often seen entertaining with a beer in hand.
Starting his estate agent career at 17, Perry impressed local businesses and soon joined Global Estates as a Trainee. He quickly rose through the ranks at haart, managing a team by 23 and earning multiple awards. Eventually, he returned to the independent estate agency world.
Mike Whitehead
Mike began his estate agency career in 2012, specializing in the Chalkwell & Leigh-on-Sea areas. With over a decade of experience, he has become an expert in local properties, including coastal and seafront apartments. Mike played a key role in selling The Shore, the largest new-build apartment block on the seafront.
As a former Sales Manager for five years, he honed his leadership skills and deepened his market knowledge. Joining Niche Homes allowed Mike to embrace new challenges in the luxury market. His expertise and reputation make him a trusted professional in the industry.
Benjamin Hart
Ben’s career began with a passion for creativity and visual storytelling, which led him to specialise in marketing, photography, and videography. Now at Niche Homes, he uses his expertise to showcase properties with a thoughtful and detail-driven approach.
With years of experience in crafting compelling visuals and connecting with audiences, Ben brings a unique perspective to the property market, ensuring every project is executed with precision and care.
